  • Medium Repairs: $250–$600 for water damage, large cracks, or multiple patches

  • Full Installation / Remodels: Custom pricing per room or square footage — free estimates available

We provide upfront quotes with no surprise costs — and we walk you through the process before we start.

Tile installation/ Repair

We offer fair, transparent pricing based on project size, tile type, and prep work required:

  • Tile Repair:

    • Small chip/crack fixes: $250–$450

    • Grout repairs or regrouting: $300–$800

    • Tile replacements (small areas): $250–$1000

  • Tile Installation:

    • Floors, backsplashes, showers, bathrooms

    • Pricing starts at $9–$25/sq ft, depending on tile material, layout complexity, and prep work

    • Custom jobs (like mosaic, patterned, or large-format tile): Priced per project

    • Free in-home estimates available

Custom Furniture

  • Floating Shelves, Accent Pieces: Starting at $500–$1000

  • Custom Built-Ins (bookcases, niches, storage): $1000–$4,500+

  • Vanities, Cabinets, Feature Walls, Mantels: $1,000–$5,000+

  • Dining Tables, Benches, Beds, Statement Pieces: Priced per design — Free design consults & quotes
